Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website or using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age (or accompanied by a parent or guardian) and that you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Use of Services

Our IV therapy and wellness services are intended for general wellness purposes and are not a substitute for primary medical care. All IV therapy in Arizona requires a telehealth physician visit, and you are responsible for disclosing your health history accurately, particularly if you are pregnant, have a heart or kidney condition, or have any other medical concern.

You agree to follow all posted guidelines and staff instructions while in our facility, and to disclose relevant health conditions during intake screening.

Membership Terms

Memberships are billed monthly on the date of enrollment and renew automatically until cancelled. Membership benefits are personal to the named member and may not be shared or transferred, except through designated guest passes.

We reserve the right to adjust membership pricing with at least 30 days' written notice before the change takes effect.

Cancellation Policy

Memberships may be cancelled at any time and remain active through the end of the current billing cycle. Individual session bookings may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 12 hours before the appointment; late cancellations and no-shows may incur a fee equal to 50% of the session price.

Liability Waiver

Participation in wellness services, including IV therapy, vitamin injections, NAD+ infusions, and specialty treatments, involves inherent risks. By using our services you voluntarily assume those risks and release Recovery Room AZ, its owners, and its staff from liability for injuries arising from ordinary use of our services, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

All members and guests must sign our liability waiver before their first session.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Recovery Room AZ or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute our content without prior written permission.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.
