SMS Opt-In Policy

Recovery Room AZ offers SMS text messaging to keep you informed about your appointments, membership, and studio updates. This policy explains how our SMS program works and how your information is handled.
Program Description
Our SMS program sends appointment confirmations, booking reminders, schedule changes, membership updates, and occasional promotional offers from Recovery Room AZ. Message content is related to our recovery services and your account with us.
How to Opt-In
You can opt in to receive SMS messages by checking the SMS consent box on our booking or contact forms, texting our studio number, or providing verbal consent at the front desk. Consent to receive messages is not a condition of purchasing any service.
How to Opt-Out
You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you reply STOP, you will receive one final confirmation message and no further texts will be sent. You may also opt out by contacting us directly at IVTherapy@RecoveryRoomAZ.com.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your bookings and account activity. Most members receive 2-8 messages per month. Promotional messages are limited to no more than 4 per month.
Message & Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan. Recovery Room AZ does not charge for SMS messages, but your carrier's standard messaging rates apply.

Privacy
Your phone number and SMS consent status are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We never sell your phone number, and mobile opt-in data is not shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
